Cancellation policy

The following cancellation conditions apply to individual bookings:

• If you cancel up to 72 hours before arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If you cancel up to 48 hours before arrival, 30% will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows will be charged 100%.
• In case of no-show, 100% will be charged.
